Pardon me if I write this in English. Recently I made a contract with CableMax1000 package and I have received router box with Fritz box 6690 inside. But I didn't get coax or docsis 3.1 cable in the package. Hence I can't do activation. Is it normal? I saw in some unboxing video, it should be there. Or the installation guys will come and activate by them self?
