we have recently signed the cable contract and the contract started immediatley from 2.12.2022, but I want to start the contract late i.e., from 27.12.2022 since I other internet in our apartment by then. I have not connected the new device yet. Can you please help me.

If the contract already started -or- you opted to have an immediate start, then there's no way to reimburse you the costs between the real start date in the past and your desired start date in the future - even though you may not have used the line.
