Please schedule an appoint with a technician to help me install Kabel Sockets.

Hello, I cannot speak German so I fail to get help from your hotline.
I ordered a 250MB Kabel internet plan online and I received the router this morning. I cannot connect the router because I lack the Kabel socket. My address supports Kabel. So I need your help to book an appointment with a technician so that he could visit me and help me fix the issue. (install the sockets)

There is no support in this customers-help-customers forum - you need to contact Vodafone using one of the official contact ways.

 

And just as side note: Officially, there's no English support as sole contractual (and thus sole support) language is German. You may anyhow find some support in English language on best effort base if you use Twitter or Facebook. Otherwise you will definitely need to get a translator on your own expenses.
