Hello, I have moved to a new apartment within the same building and the new apartment does not have a vodafone cable connected. I have checked the vodafone box in the cellar and no cable goes to this room.
I do not speak German well enough to navigate the menus on the service hotline. Is there a way to schedule a time for a technician to install a new cable?
