No internet connection on new Vodafone station

Hi! I am a new cliend and I have just received my Vodafone station yesterday. I followed all the instructions and also logged in using the client activation code, but my internet is not working yet, the internet LED on my station blinks red. Is there something else I need to do for activation? Thank you!

I'm also facing the same issue. I am a new client and I have just received my Vodafone station yesterday. I followed all the instructions and also logged in using the client activation code, but my internet is not working yet, the power LED on my station is solid white. Apart from that, no other LEDs are working. Is there something else I need to do for activation? Thank you!

Hi! I also have the same issue - I started the service two weeks ago and still have the same problem.

I contacted Vodafone support and they don't give me any solution.

very dissapointed with the service. 
If anyone was able to fix it, please let me know!
