Hello Team,
I ordered a cable max connection to the address I will be moving into, but I am unable to check the status. Recently I recieved the below:

Dear Bahul ***, You have received a new letter from us - by post or email. You can now find a copy of this for the next 13 months at vodafone.de/meinedokumente .
Since I Have not moved to the address yet, I will not have it by post. I created an account on vodafone but cant have access to any document.
Please support to get the status of the delivery.

did you order the contract with a desired date? When are you moving and can you possibly receive the package there?
