Need to move cable internet to a new apartment

Hello, I need to urgently move my cable contract to my new apartment in the same city at the end of this month, but I can`t speak German so unable to talk to customer service. I tried to use the online report form posted by moderator here as well, unfortunately, I don`t have my activation code so I cannot add the contract to my account to report in the form. Can you help me to arrange the move?

You can use the relocation form without logging in if you have your customer number.

Thank you for your reply. I received my activation code today and reported my plan for moving, yet it says there is a new plan for me at the new address, and I was asked to call a number. Again everything is in German and I could not pass the robot voice to reach a customer service person, and I`m basically stuck once again, this is getting frustrating.
