Hello,
I'm moving within a city. My current apartment has cable internet and next apartment only has DSL internet. When I try to enter information in the moving service in MeineVodafone, it tells me to call a number:
"An Deiner Adresse haben wir ein anderes Angebot für Dich!
0800 723 81 89"
But I'm trying for 2 days, no one is picking up.
Kinldy suggest any steps.

we’ve just worked on the termination of the contract. We leave a note that you might want to switch to DSL. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

It does not give me any offer, When try to report the move it just tells me we have another offer for your address and ask me to call.
