Leaving Berlin - cancel or transfer Kabel contract

Hello, I have a Kabel contract at my address in Berlin. I will be leaving Germany in November. I would like to either cancel the contract or else transfer the contract to my flatmate.

Is it possible to transfer the contract to my flatmate?

Can I cancel the contract before I receive my Abmeldungbescheinigung?
