Hello there,
Apologies for writing in English but is hard to get the answers otherwise. I have a problem with my connection. I have received the router with the installation steps which I completed, but still have no internet. I see there is something about an activation code which I'm supposed to receive by post. Do I need that to activate my contract and have internet? How does that work? So far, I haven't received this by post. Is it possible to bypass it? Thanks!
