Hello,
I registered for Kabel Internet from 1.12.2022 but it still not working due to technical issues. Two different vodafone techinicians have visited thrice in total to make it work but they said there is an issue in the Kabel which is installed in the apartment. So they have given up and suggested me to opt for DSL internet instead.
I want to know what is the procedure to switch because I work from home and this whole month has been hectic for me without internet. Please look into this asap. Let me know where and how I can share my details, so you can get access to my contract.
