I moved to a new address at the end of August this year and my new home needs a network. When I checked Vodafone's official website, I found that the area (45139) supports optical fiber gigabit network, so I applied for it
Vodafone CableMax 1000 service. But the internet has been unavailable, and while talking to my landlord a few days ago he told me that the apartment was not installed with fibre. That's why the internet is unavailable. I would like to cancel my contract and switch to normal network as soon as possible. I went to the offline store today and made a lot of calls, but they couldn't solve my problem, even a staff member interrupted me rudely without listening to my words and told me impatiently that it was OK on the website Cancel the contract, but that doesn't work. Now that my bill day is approaching, I desperately need a solution and a new network available.
