Invoices older than 13 months

Hello,

Is it possible to get invoices for the whole 2023 year ?

in customer portal I can see 13 months back invoices which only back to August 2023.

Look under „Dokumente“. If you can‘t find them there you will have to contact support (support in English is available via WhatsApp). You might get charged 5 Euro for each invoice.
