Hello,
I would like to ask about my recent invoice. I was charged by direct debit, but my bank is not in Germany and system says its returned and charged me twice 4€.. is it possible to delete my bank details from my account please, so that I won't be charged again next month?? I was not able to delete it myself online, there is not option like this and I don't have Germany account to replace it with... Thank you for your help.

You want to pay the amount yourself in the future? Basically, after two unsuccessful direct debits your bank details will be automatically deleted. I would like to check this again. Before I can help you, please tell me the state you live in.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I am paying it myself now, I don't see any other option..
My bank details are still saved on the account at the moment, they are not deleted.
