Invoice Issue - No Internet Connection service

I was subscripted to the cable service for my new flat back at the beginning of August. It has been almost 3 months and I still do not have any Internet connection yet. Currently, I am still in a process of requesting to set up an appointment with the technician. In the meantime, I have been paying Vodafone for the past couple of months, I would like to ask for credit on the months that I have no services. Please help me to solve this matter. Thanks!
