Hello guys !
I moved to I new appartment where there´s no Vodafone Cable.
I tried to contact Vodafone by mail to cancel the contract, but no reply.
Then I went to a Vodafone Store where the guys helped me to check and confirm that Vodafone could not provide internet service at my place and then opened a contract cancellation request in the system with a protocol.
I tried to contact Kundencenter by e-mail to check the status of my request and they answered me saying that I should open a new tread here to check my case. So here I´m asking for your feedback about my contract termination.

Have you received the cancellation confirmation in the meantime? Then please select the correct solution, then we can complete the post.

Today I received the equipment delivery confirmation and maybe in a few days I will get the cancellation letter in hands then I return here to close the subject !
