Hi,
I am new to Germany and I am a new customer for Vodafone Cable. My first installarion date was 20.12 and was again shifted to 27.12. Today, once again; it was shifted to 30.12. I heavily rely on internet as it is work from home in Germany. Can someone please get back to me regarding a confirmed appointment date of installation? This is really unexpected from Vodafone.

that the installation has already been postponed twice is a bit annoying :/. We need some details from you: What kind of contract did you order, cable or DSL? Did you already receive a router? If yes, which one is it? What is your postal code?
