Hi there, I applied for cable broadband with vodafone via Check24. I got an email from Vodafone saying I had new documents to view in my account. However I had no login details, so I created a new account using the same email adress. Now when I check my documents, there is nothing there. So I worry that the account I created isn't linked with cable broadband I applied for.
Can I please speak to someone from customer service to help resolve this. It's really frustrating the customer service portal just gets me stuck with a bot, and I can't talk to a real person.
