Hello, I have 2 questions: 

  1. I have a contract and was trying to retrieve my invoices for all of 2023 but was only able to find half of them. Can you help me locate the rest? 
  2. Can you help me understand what the status of my contract is, and how much notice do you need from me to quit my contract?

You will only find the invoices for the last 13 months in the customs center. If you haven't downloaded older invoices in time, you will need to ask the customer care to send you copies from the older invoices (as far as I know approx. 5 € per copy - they'll be sent to you via postal mail).

 

And nobody in here can tell you what your contract status is - as this is a customers-help-customers forum and as other customers don't have access to your contact details, nobody will be able to tell you those details.

Anyhow, usually your invoices will show the earliest termination date.
