I am still being charged AFTER account termination

Hello.
It has been almost a year since we moved away from Germany and to the U.S.
I have spent many months trying to fix this problem. Back in March, I was told my account would finally be terminated on April 13th, 2021. However I was charged in April and again in May.

Whyis this still happening?

Keep in mind that this is only for a landline contract - not for any kind of mobile contracts.

Secondly: Even if the contract ended in April, there may be invoices created after that date due to invoice timelines as well as possible usage fees. So you should check the invoices on what time spans they are generated for.
