Is there a way to get help in English regarding my cable Internet order? I requested an activation date of 01.12, however the equipment was already sent out (and returned misdeliverable) and I received an email saying it was activated today (08.11).
I cannot navigate the German telephone prompts and it appears I cannot receive direct assistance on this forum.
