I've ordered a cable internet contract here in BW. Received the router and the internet works, but I haven't received my customer number so far, so I cannot register that contract into MeinVodafone. It took my Hausmeister a few days to update my name on the letter box, so maybe it just wasn't delivered. How can I ask Vodafone to send it again or send it online?
I've tried to call the customer service like 6 times already but no one speaks English nor can they transfer me to someone who does.
