Now I have DSL from Vodafone. I received a letter stating that I can order a connection to Glasfaser, so my house will be connected soon.
However, when I try to order, the portal asks me to enter all my data as if I were registering for the first time, or gives an error.
All this indicates that, even though I was just on the portal when you go to order Glasfaser, it does not recognize this and perceives me as a new user or a user who does not have all the contract data in the province.
