Hi,
I hope you're doing well. I recently ordered cable internet from Vodafone, and they informed me that it would take about three weeks to get connected. As part of the service, they promised to send me a GigaCube modem. However, it's been five days since it was supposed to be delivered, and although the tracking information says it has been delivered, DHL has no record of the package.
I've been trying to contact Vodafone and DHL for assistance, but I'm having trouble getting through and finding English-speaking support. I’m quite frustrated with the situation and the lack of response.
Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue?

DHL will not be of much help as you have no contract with them. Vodafone as their client has to work it out with them. You should contact Vodafone via WhatsApp, support in English is available there and you get contact to real VF employees instead of external callcenters.
