Hello. I want to change my internet plan from "GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel" to "GigaZuhause 100 Kabel" because the Vodafone internet speed at my apartment is much slower than 1000Mbps (not even reaching 500Mbps) at my apartment. What would be the procedure?

I guess you are still within the 24 months of minimum contract time. In this case you can‘t just switch to a cheaper contract. You have to report that the connection speed is too low and give VF a chance to correct it. For support in English use the Twitter/X or Facebook contacts listed here:
