Hello,
My modem is returning back to Vodafone. Since we just moved home, our name was not written in the mailbox, so DHL returns the cargo. In this case, what should I do to send the modem to me? Thank you for your time!

The mods are not here in the community 24/7. You made the mistake because your name was not on the doorbell / mailbox when the delivery was made and DHL could not deliver. So you can now only wait until one of the mods reports and requests your data or you go to the nearest electronics store and buy your own Fritzbox cable and leave it via customer service (0221/46619100 or social media support on Facebook, Twitter or WhatsApp). To do this, you have to provide the CM-MAC and the serial number, as well as your customer data (name, address, date of birth, customer number).

I have also an issue. We are supposed to receive new hardware, and DHL decided they did not find our doorbell and sent back the packet.
