Hello everyone. I've recently purchased the Cable internet from Vodafone through Check24, but when the router arrived, my landlord told me it was not possible to install cable internet at my place. I promptly canceled my contract on Check24, but it has been 10 days and I haven't heard anything from Vodafone. I tried to contact them via phone, but not all attendants speak English, so I couldn't move forward with the cancellation. I also sent them an e-mail, to which they answered "Let's make a phone call" but, again, I only speak English. How should I proceed? Just wait and believe they will cancel my contract before the bills begin? Or is there another path I can take? I hope you can help me.
