Contract Termination due to moving out of Germany

Hello There,

I have an ongoing contract with Vodafone "Red Internet and Phone 50 Cable", in Berlin,DE.
Beginning of July I will move out of Germany to India, and hence I wish to terminate my contract then with 3 weeks of notice.
How do I go about this? What is the procedure to be followed?
