Hello,
I wanted to change the address for my cable internet connection or else would like to cancel.
With my little knowledge of German, I made the request for moving. No response from Vodafone yet. Also would like to have a conversation with customer support, but could not connect for the language barrier.
Any help will be appreciated here.

Good morning. As the contract is between my landlord and the provider I don't have much information to share. I send you an email with the known information. I am still unsure should my contact with Vodafone will be terminated or continue?

we clearly need more information about the contract at the new address. We need the customer number and the complete address. If your intermediary does not want to provide the data, we can unfortunately not help. We have to check the contract, so we need all the requested data, sorry.

Thank you for your response. I moved to the new address, now it is easier to get the information from the landlord. I requested the same from my landlord. Once I got it will share it with a private message.
