Cancelling Contract

Hi, I do not speak German so I am struggling to speak with customer service. I am moving back to the UK and need to cancel my contract. However I have tried to end the contract but Vodafone says that it will end in 17 May 2024. We will not be returning to Germany so need to be able to cancel this. soone Can anyone who speaks English call us to help?

Nobody will call you in English, and this here since August is only a Costumer-helps-Costumer forum with no individual support. Try the social media channels as listed below, via them you have a chance to reach an English speaking helper, though in the end contractual language is German.

A normal contract cancellation will only work to the end of the minimum running term of the contract, you will have to announce (and proof) a move out of area.
