Cancel contract because of move to new apartment (with existing vodafone kabel internet)

I'm moving to a new apartment that has vodafone kabel Internet already installed and so I would like to cancel my current Internet Contract. 

Could you please advise me on what I should do?

If you want to cancel due to moving to another contract partner, we also need the customer data of the other contract in addition to the moving date.

Please send me a private message with the following information for your and the other contract:

- your full name

- your full address

- date of birth

- customer number

- the link of this thread
