Hi,
I am using 'Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable' service for over a year now.
While accepting the offer, there was an option to change the tariff to a lower tariff after the first year (this is also stated in my contract). But when I log in to my account, the system does not allow me to change to a lower tariff. For a couple of months now, I am paying a lot of money because I am not able to change my tariff. Can you help me on that?
