Recently I have ordered a cable offer from Vodafone.
2 days later I have seen in the tracking information from DHL that the package could not be delivered and it will be returned to the sender.
My name was written on the letter box but not on the bell, now I made sure that my name is written on both.
Is there a way to solve the issue?
