Hi Team,
I have requested for cable contract transfer to my co-tenant and filled/uploaded the transfer form in the respective Vodafone customer website and as well dropped email too, but till now we haven't received any info/update on the same.
Could you please let us know the status or how we can check the same in any Webportal if any.

You'll have to be patient for a few days once you've uploaded the document. The processing time can be between 1 and 4 weeks. You and the new contractual partner will each be informed in writing.
