Being Charged extra after moving to another city

hi,

I had moved from one city to another last year and applied to move to vodafone, where the agent who i spoke to was supposed to add me to the plan where i would pay like 29 euros for a month. But I am still being charged in the same old plan which is very high(53 euros) Please can you help me.

did you reported the move via the moving service or did you spoke to a sales person in a shop in your new town?

Thank you for replying Stephen,

I reported it in the vodafone moving service portal and received a call. I did not call/visit any of the vodafone stores in the new town.
