Why are you charging me all of a sudden 44,49 eur instead of 39,99? I asked couple of days ago, but the message got lost or something?

Direct debit was defined as the payment method. Your payment arrived one day after the direct debit. Your your bank account was deleted because of the failed debit.

I still have your customer data. for the failed direct debit in September we have charged you an additional 4.50 €( lump sum for charge back).

That really wasn't necessary, as I paid manually on 01.09. and you debited the same amount from my bank account on the 05.09. I reversed that charge immediately since I had paid already!!! This month I paid on the 02.10. and you haven't debited me anything. It seems your system is a mess. Drop the charge!
