Hi.

I've got the cable TV+internet.

Internet link is poor. The defauld Router is really poor as well.

Btw I'm here to understand how can ?I fix the problem swith GigaTV box. It shown sa005. Contact customer care.

I'm trying to call whatever number but I don't speak German and I cannot do nothing. 

Shall I change ISP? would easier?

The number say, that the installation of your TV-Box is not complete. Did they have a internet connection? Are all cables fine?
