Hello,
I recently upgraded my GigaCube tarrif from 200GB to the unlimited tarrif. I received a new sim card for the new unlimted gigacube tarrif by post. But the sim card does not work when I put it into the Gigacube and the light stays red. What should I do?

Hello R4mona,
In the end I needed to put the sim card for the Gigacube into my phone and remove the sim pin there before using the sim card in my gigacube.
I received a new sim card so that I could upgrade my plan from the 200GB plan to the unlimited one.
I stopped using the 200GB plan on 25.11 and started with the unlimited plan.
But I just received an invoice covering 26.11 - 25.12 which is now charging me for both tarrifs. Even though I was supposed to be changing tarrif.
If you check my old tarrif you will see that no data was used on this one since 25.11.
Could you help me to sort this out. They want to charge me €167 for two tarrifs rather than the €64.99 I am supposed to pay.
