Unable to register own router

I have order cable internet without router and would like to use my own router. I have Fritzbox 6660 with me and I am trying to register the router using the form suggested by Vodafone from the link: https://vod.af/router-freischalten. However, after providing all inputs in the form I am unable to submit it since the submit button is always disabled. I tried calling customer service but it looks like they only have service in German and unfortunately I am not good in German. Can anyone help me here. Thank you

it seems u will have 2 get a german speaking person by your side.

or try 2 contact the facebook suupport

Thanks a lot for help. I contacted facebook support and they helped me to register the router.
