I think the rented router I have (Technicolor CGA6444VF) is defective. For 2 days, it has been rebooting constantly (sometimes every hour and sometimes every 2 minutes). I've tried everything I can in hope of solving the issue:

  1. Did a factory reset from the router's page
  2. Did a factory reset using the pin from the router
  3. Disabled Wi-Fi
  4. Tried a different power socket
  5. Changed the Ethernet connection port from the router

The customer service only speaks English, so I'm unable to request there. I work from home and my mobile network is not good indoors, so this is the only connection I have and it's heavily affecting me. Is there a possibility to replace the router as I really need this resolved?
