Good evening,
My Cable Router keeps shutting off by itself. It's working for half an hour and, all of a sudden... kaput! Shut down.
I'm working from home and I need to have a properly working modem.
Please, how can I get one as soon as possible?

- Which contract do you have? Internet and Landline 200 - Which modem / router do you use? CH7465LG-LC
- Do you use a loaner device from us or do you have your own device ? It's a Vodafone device. - What is the error ? Modem shows constant red light, overheats and shuts itself off. Technician from Tele-Union was already here, saw that but instead of replacing the modem ... he just replace the wall sockets. Half an hour after he left, the problem with modem persisted and shut itself off.
- How is your terminal connected to the modem ? LAN and WLAN - Which browser do you usually use? EDGE and CHROME
- Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows - Start and period of the disturbance - Sunday 31st October, 6PM ... until now. - Upload a screenshot of the signal values . You can find this in the user interface of your cable router via 192.168.0.1 or via 192.168.178.1 on the Fritzbox. - Which measures were carried out by the fault hotline (available at 0800-5266625 for Vodafone Kabel Deutschland or 0221/46619100 for Vodafone West)? - Contacted Vodafone through Twitter, as I don't speak German. A ticket (33638324) was open and the technician came. Problem persists, as I said previously.
