I ordered Vodafone Kable internet. The website said cable is available at the house. I completed all the forms, got the contract from Vodafone, got the router etc. Vodafone sent me information by email a few days ago that the internet will be switched on on 9th Feb (yesterday) but that didn't happen. I didn't receive any information, any email, nothing. Trying to get help via the helpline is useless, as I speak basic German and can't get through the automated system. The chatbot, Tobi, I use online translator to chat with it but it keeps going in circles asking me the same questions! Absolutely useless! I have no idea where to get any help

For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a „Kundenberater“ until you get forwarded to a human agent. Then answers will take some time, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order. Report that self install failed.
