Hello! Sorry for writing in English, but my German isn't that good.
I'm a new Vodafone customer. Two weeks ago, I have moved in an apartment in Germany with my family but since I'm working remote, I've insisted on having Internet services on the first day. My family member had scheduled the installation, but somehow we've been sent a DHL package from Vodafone too early and nobody was here to pick it up. I have contacted Vodafone this week and requested to have this package re-delivered and to confirm that our address is correct.
Then we had Vodafone Internet installed on 1st November by a technician. Our service packet includes both TV and the Internet. Today I have recieved the package and turns out it's a second router. We already have one working since 1st November so I am a little confused here. We still haven't recieved a TV decoder though.
Is there a Customer Support I can contact on this site or do I have to call the hotline again?
