Hi Guys,
I have got a DSL contract from Vodafone. I will receive the device tomorrow. But I have a techniker termin after 2 weeks. Can I not install the dsl router myself? Is it complicated that a techniker appointment is needed? Because I did not ask for any appointments.
I have tried calling vodafone helpline many times, but they do not speak English at all, just ourightly refuse to speak English. Thats really frustrating!
Please let me know if anyone has been through DSL installation and shed some light on the issue.
