I joined "GigaZuhause 250 Kabel" plan recently and got the router device "Vodafone Station Wifi 6".
I already set up the router connection to the cable box.
However, the "internet" lamp on the router blinks in the red, and I cannot use the internet.
Probably there's no internet connection to my cable box,
so I would like to have a look by technician.
I cannot speak German and cannot contact to Vodafone via anywhere - so I'm posting here.
I'm looking forward a contact by the customer survice of Vodafone.
