Hi, I am trying to get Cable internet in my apartment. However the cable from the cellar isnt pulled through to the Apartment yet. Yes, I know...shocker. THe landlord ahs asked me if it must be a TV cable or a Telephone cable that they need to pull up from the basement. From what I have read it seems TV Cable is the right answer, but if that is the case then it will be much harder to do. He said telephone cable is the easy one. Can someone please tell me if cable internet will work over a telephone cable?
