Hello. After the second appointment, I wasted a total of 2 mornings because the technician could not/wanted to find my apartment. I just received an email from Vodafone confirming that at the end of morning. On top of that, the total of 5 weeks withouth internet at home!

Can you check what is happening and contact me/fix this issue? This type of problem and customer treatment is not normal for Vodafone company and for a country that is considered "first world"...

You post here on the DSL board. In this area there are unfortunately no Vodafone technicians as in the cable sector, but telecommunications technicians always have to be commissioned to activate, as Telekom has the sovereignty over the so-called "last mile", the subscriber line TAL. Unfortunately, these often lead to problems as you describe them. Vodafone cannot change anything about that, you could only call in the Federal Network Agency, but nobody will be able to help you with that in the short term.
