I moved out of my flat on 27.05.2022 and that day I contacted the Vodafone service team to cancel my DSL contract.
I provided 'Abmeldebestaetigung' and received 'Retouren-Begleitschein' from the Vodafone team.
FRITZ!Box 7530 was sent back to the given address. (DHL tracking # 358464575377)
Till today, I didn't receive official confirmation from Vodafone that my contract is canceled, neither via Email or Post.
Could you please send me the cancellation confirmation?
