Hello,
I would like to terminate my contract.
I'm frustrated. I had an issue where in the Fon light was not turned on my router, as a result i did not get any internet just wifi. I had easybox 805. I raised the complaint and telekom guys came to check the line. Everything was fine. Then vodafone changed the router and still there is no internet at home.
I want to terminate the connection and apply somwhere else.

first: no cancellation will be done by telephone support or something like this.
so u'll have 2 write a letter - with registered mail return receipt - and require cancellation
and be stubborn, call after sending it out very often
get german speaking suppoort 2 your side - a good friend or similar
