On 18th I called to vodafone and raised a tranfer request of my existing DSL connection to new house.
below is the order number - ARC**** against my consumer number - 0019****.
Yesterday I got to know that new house owner continue the apartment with his current tenent, but
luckely I got new house and I had checked that in this location vodafone dsl connection is avaiable, so please shift my vodafone connection in place of "Peter-Bied-Straße **, Frankfurt am Main West Frankfurt" to "Sodener Straße **, Frankfurt am Main". asap.

Here is a customer-help-customer forum, that's why I answer you as a customer.
It can take a few days for a mod to report here. Please use the relocation service or the contact form in MeinVodafone to report the move again.
